I attempted to contact them to pay in full a debt that my husband accrued from an old apartment. I explained that I just wanted to pay in full to close out the account, my husband spoke with them and gave me permission to speak on his behalf.

They Informed Us That Because He Wasn't On The Card That We Have To Go Pay This Via Money Gram. They Argued Continuously and refused to put their manager on the phone. Were incredibly rude. Threatening To Hang Up.

I kept having to call back. Even The Manager lacked manners.

All We Wanted To Do Was Take Care Of The Dedt And They Refused To Listen, Spoke Over Me. Incredibly rude and were willing to take my payment the week before but didn't accept discover and had to wait to get paid

I called today to try and pay a collection. The year is 2018, the lady started pulling up other accounts from 2004 and 2006.

So when i referred back to debt I wanted to pay in full and settle, she told me that I would have to pay everything in full before settling with that account.

When I told her I was not going to do that, she hung up. Awfull service, I just laughed it off.....
