I have contacted ProCollect several times regarding debts. Their policy states if a person has multiple accounts, they will not accept payment on one account.

All accounts must be paid on or settled at the same time. Ironically, they've offered RUDE service in me trying to literally PAY OFF a debt in full. After thorough investigation, one of the accounts I had Medicaid on and was still charged for. I even have records proving it!!

There are 2 accounts with the same balance, both with an original delinquency date of 4/2010 and 12/2010; HOWEVER, ProCollect reports these debts at 2014 issues. The problem is they acquired these accounts from a company that dissolved in Feb or March of 2013. So how is this possible? The original delinquency date NeVeR changes, but they reported it maliciously.

I've gone to the BBB and I'm continuing my search for help.

I WILL pay debts I owe, but I will NOt be messed over. ProCollect has violated many FCRA laws, but my investigation will continue until I get did diligence.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
