Horrible customer service and they do not fact check anything. My minor daughter received phone calls about a lease she did not enter under contract with. Never lived there but they still contacting her. Had the audacity to state that the parent is responsible even though the parent did not sign into any agreement. Major attitude and *** bent on collecting regardless if you owe the debt or not

And I moved out of an apt and my son took it. When he moved he paid the comex a lot of money and just this feb when I was trying to get an apt ( gets mighty cold on Alaska) and still can't because of private. I asked for documents he said no. He said he was a lawyer. That I was going to be arrested. I was going to jail. I am a disabled vet and he would do these calls like four or five am. I'm still having issues with the threats. They called threatening my elderly father and when I called them back to speak with them about the claim the supervisor Ms. Torres was rude, refused to speak to me about the claim regardless of my relationship or POA and hung up in my face. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Definitely refuse to work people. Ms. Flores was especially rude and condescending. She said if I didn't pay in full she wouldn't take a payment and she wouldn't let me set up a payment plan at all.

Collection efforts would not need to continue had we have come to an agreement on this 1st phone call. Ms. Shaw is the reason this debt did not get paid, not myself, who did not have warning of such an amount to be paid on the spot. I have not received any other correspondence from ProCollect in reference to this $378.14 debt from last November. They are snakes!!! Never in my life have I dealt with such nasty people! Unbelievably rude!!!!!

I have tried for the last 4 years to communicate to Pro Collect that my son has been dead for 4 years. They continue to send the hospital and medical bills. When i do talk to them they are incredibly rude and have no idea that whenever we get their bills it brings up the sadness of losing a 33 year son. Had an account placed in collections with this company, and i was makong monthly payments. I never got balance updates, but when I thought it had been paid off and stopped making my monthly payments, they never sent me notices of nonpayment, or an updated remaining balance, nothing.
