So, I had a landlord who violated my Rights under FHA. I have over 100 items of evidence against the landlord.
Under TN Statute I was able to move out. Not only that, in the lease, they used a policy called Fetch. I have to pay UPS to deliver to a third party who I have to pay to deliver to me. Under that policy, all items must be delivered by Fetch and the front desk will not take deliveries.
That is their policy in which they were contractually obligated to follow. Well, the landlord took it upon herself to change the policy to fit her needs. Fetch did not approve this so she violated their contract and the lease. Not only that, I had medication denied delivery and the landlord told me 2 different stories about attempted delivery.
FedEx left those tags on my door. They came in the mail. Then the landlord stated due to the use of Fetch my medication was turned away. I am a disabled veteran and they knew it.
So, I go to Fetch to get them to work with the landlord for an accommodation. For 2 weeks they contacted her every day and she refused to respond to find an accommodation. Again, her policy. She stated to me she does not turn away medication or flowers.
That violates their policy. She states they allow medication delivery to the desk. Except mine are turned away. Now she admitted that she turned my meds away which is an extension of her and her policy.
So she commits a bunch more violations of my Rights. Again, under State statute, I was within my Rights. Well, I notify her that I would be filing a complaint with HUD. Her response was I never turned away your medication.
Well that right there is a lie. Then she takes that lie to submit a debt for 13k yo ProCollect. That is now wire fraud. Yes.
They are under investigation by the Feds with my complaint. I requested a RICO attachment since they are using fraud to create debts and ProCollect taking that fraudulent debt to try and collect. Its a circle.
Either way. If the landlord is charged that opens ProCollect up.
- Thieves
Preferred solution: 3.2 million for destroying my credit for 7 years based on a retaliatory act by their client using fraudulent facts to submit to ProCollect of a debt not owed and detrimentally affecting my family for 7 years.
User's recommendation: Collect evidence against the landlord

I knew once I read the reviews the chances of me successfully paying off this account was slim to none but I did the responsible thing and I contacted the company. This is a business portrays to be a collection agency but they hire individuals that will degrade and insult you in broken ebonics if you question their policies or ethics.
I received a settlement letter in the mail at the beginning of the Covid Shut down after making several failed attempts to pay off the debt I was finally directed to a collection agent, Ms, Herra who was unprofessional from the initial introduction. When asked what was the protocol to rectify the account she threw out random dates &; payment amounts. When asked why there was no consistent policy to ensure I am not getting taken advantage of she refused to explain. When asked to speak to her superior she then lost all professionalism and I quote said, "you can take it how you wanna take it" before proceeding to place me on a long hold.
Once the Collections supervisor, Mrs. Martinez answered with a biased tone she too was unable to provide me with a protocol ProCollect has. She became irate, unprofessional, loud, and insulting before she hung up the phone. I called back several times in hopes to speak to a PROFESSIONAL but no luck.
I simply want to pay off my account and move on.
I have NEVER heard of a collection agency that does not want your money because of their immature and unethical employees. They are not an accredited business of the BBB and also have a failing rating so good luck if you have an account witT

Bullying by Nasty Rep
I called to settle a $70.00 debt. I was spoken to in a rushed,
abusive, bullying tone by the rep Ms.Garza.
She talked over
me and would not respond to my request for her to change
her tone or lower her voice level. She threatened to write on
my credit report that I "refused to pay" if I did not give her
my credit card number immediately. She was nasty! To get
through this, I made the full payment.
She did not thank me.
She has not sent me a receipt for my payment. I have no way
to prove it was paid! I cannot get an apartment unless I can
show payment was removed from credit. They have
ridiculous power over someone's credit and this should not
be allowed.
Ms. Garza = Rude, unprofessional, and cursing
low-life representative. Unacceptable. Hundreds of Google
Reviews say the exact same thing.
I even tried to call back
to COMPLAIN, and the man who answered in that dept.
was exactly the same! He would not even take a complaint,
but insisted I give him my Social Security number before
even asking me WHY I was complaining.
condescending and discriminatory in her word choice.

Rude Rude Rude!!!!
I have sent 2 certified letters to this company to resolve a debt and never got a response.
I received an offer I believe $383 in July, however dated for May that expired 6/30/19.
I did not receive the letter in May because I was relocating, which I explained in both certified letters. This was not to validate, which means I agree to the debt that belongs to me.
Since I received no response I ended up calling. I was advised by one of the reps that my account was restricted and I needed to contact Fox by email or phone, so I decided to email. In my email I reinerrated my original request as I did in the certified mail sent requesting to extend the offer as I did not receive the letter at the time due to relocation.
Fox responded.. Your balance is due in full.
I responded and requested him to advise why the offer letter could not be extended. I'm trying to pay this debt as soon as possible!!!
After about 2 emails. Fox advised there will be no more communication by email to call or send a letter REGULAR mail. Now why would I send a letter REGULAR mail to a collection company for them to claim they never received????
This *** baffles the *** out of me!!!
Fox was very freaking in the email, which was very unnecessary. especially to someone trying to pay the debt. So I called fox. He's wasn't available, so the two advised me to send an email informing him that I called.....but no response.
This is just toi much back and forth and time consuming.
So I googled to their review and everything I've found everyone reviews are the same as mine. I saw a reply I later called to speak to Mrs. Donahue hoping I would get better results, but she was not available, which I don't believe.
The rep advised me she can help me with the account, so again I explained my situation for the 4th time. She tells me to send money or check for the balance in full.
Again I asked her if she was not able to extend the offer letter, she advised the system automatically generated the letter and once it's expired that can't control the system to extend the letter other words. Now how in the *** do you let a automatic system control how your profits???
This situation has me very pissed!!!!! Then the rep tells me they don't accept partial payment!!! Wth!!
You can't control my wallet!!
As long as i I'm sending you money you think they would be happy about it!! Not everybody have $1000s to give away for a one-time payment!!! So I guess they don't won't $383 that I was ready to send Friday either.
Smh.
Guess I need to seek a lawyer, because you can't make someone make a payment in full!
They didn't even offer a payment arrangement. No I'm not a customer, but they have poor poor freaking service!!!!

Do these people have any training at all?
God Bless this place.
I called to pay my debt spoke with Mr. Smith and got treated horribly, very unprofessional ,repeatedly telling me that he did not care, asked to speak to a supervisor or someone higher was told no umteen times and that there is no one else I can talk to, eventually ended that call and called back asked the front desk lady to speak to a supervisor she transferred me right over to the collections manager Ms.
Garza who once again had the same attitude and disrespect towards me, kept interrupting me, I told her I had my payment ready if she could just give me a minute to get it out she didnt say anything and put me on hold for 10 minutes!
Then got back on and said "Are you ready now?!" Just WOW., I called on my own to pay my debt and I was being treated so poorly by them I was actually feeling like I was being degraded like some kind of criminal, they were no help at all, had me on the *** of tears. I hope that someone who actually cares about this company or is in charge of it reads these reviews and does something about it, God Bless this place.
